CAN I GET MY ITUNES LIBRARY INFO (.xml, .tl files) FROM MY IPOD

Hi I was unsure where to put this as it relates to both itunes and ipod. SO sorry if its in the wrong place. Anyway is it possible to get my itunes .xml files and .itl files from my ipod??? Basically something weird has happened to my itunes. A load of songs went missing, tried relocating them by restarting library etc and then only found half of songs. (see my other post) i deleted my .xml files and .itl files when trying to solve this problem. I hae used a recovery programme to recover these however its only locating half my songs. I have added the rest by adding my music folder ...
